SPOON is an independent concierge service that purchases official admission tickets to the Real Alcázar de Sevilla in the visitor’s name and on their behalf. SPOON does not resell tickets. SPOON is not the official ticket office, owner, operator or representative of the Real Alcázar de Sevilla and is not affiliated with the Patronato del Real Alcázar.

Concierge service fees, which include access to our multilingual audio guide, are separate from the official admission price set by the monument. Visitors who prefer to buy their tickets directly, without concierge fees, can do so on the official website: www.alcazarsevilla.org

All texts, audio guides, logos and page layouts on this website are the property of SPOON unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

Visitor Information: The Real Alcázar applies strict access rules. Last admission is 1 hour and 15 minutes before the start of the site’s evacuation, and entry is only permitted at the time indicated on your ticket. We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes before your scheduled visit. Large bags, bottles, cans, and any items deemed dangerous by the Patronato are not permitted. Visitors may be subject to security checks. Your ticket must be kept with you throughout your visit.

About SPOON and Our Concierge Service: SPOON is an independent concierge service that assists travellers in purchasing official admission tickets for the Real Alcázar of Seville. Tickets are purchased directly from the official provider, in the visitor’s name and on their behalf. SPOON does not resell tickets and is not affiliated with the Patronato del Real Alcázar de Sevilla. Our concierge service includes handling and securely processing ticket purchases, verifying availability and bookings, delivering confirmed tickets, providing personalised assistance and customer support, and access to our immersive multilingual audio guide, available in seven languages, to accompany visitors throughout their discovery of the monument. Our concierge service fees cover all these services and are separate from the official admission price set by the attraction. Cancellation and Modification Policy: Official admission tickets are generally non-cancellable, non-modifiable, and non-refundable, in accordance with the terms and conditions established by the Patronato del Real Alcázar de Sevilla. Our concierge service begins upon confirmation of the booking and includes the purchase and delivery of official tickets, personalised assistance, and access to our multilingual audio guide. In the event of cancellation or modification of the visit by the Patronato, the applicable refund conditions will depend on the official ticket policy and the nature of the services provided by SPOON, without prejudice to visitors’ statutory consumer rights. Chargebacks do not constitute cancellation requests and do not automatically guarantee reimbursement. Any payment dispute will be reviewed in accordance with the procedures of the relevant card network and issuing bank. SPOON reserves the right to provide supporting evidence of the booking, ticket delivery, and concierge services rendered.
